Photography Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Session Time

  • Session durations are based on the selected package. Time starts at the agreed shoot start time.

  • Late arrival by the client will reduce shooting time and will not be extended.

Deliverables

  • The number of edited images delivered depends on the selected package.

  • Final images are professionally edited in the photographer’s style. RAW files are not provided.

  • Additional edited images can be purchased upon request.

Delivery

  • Final edited images will be delivered digitally via an online gallery or download link.

  • Standard delivery time is within 2-4 Business Weeks*, unless priority editing is included or agreed.

    * Editing time is dependant on selected package / Quantity of edited images.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Usage Rights

  • Clients are granted permission to use the images for personal or business promotion.

  • Images may not be sold, transferred, or altered without written permission.

  • Shotbyads retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for securing any required permissions, locations, or access.

  • Shotbyads is not responsible for missed shots due to factors beyond control, including weather, venue restrictions, or subject cooperation.

Quality & Style

  • By booking, the client acknowledges familiarity with Shotbyads’ style and accepts that editing and final results are subjective.

Liability

  • Shotbyads is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the shoot, except where required by law.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
