Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, strictly under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery, or

  • The item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in colour or print alignment

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Reporting an Issue

Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the return being declined.

Proof Requirement

To process a return, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, defect, or misprint

Additional evidence may be requested if necessary.

Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and supporting evidence

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Refunds may be refused if the item does not meet return conditions.

Replacements

  • Where applicable, a replacement item may be offered instead of a refund

  • Replacements are provided at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Shipping costs will not be reimbursed without prior approval

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Product Care & Use

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Incorrect washing or care

  • General wear and tear over time

All care instructions provided must be followed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, except where required by law.

In all cases, liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
